Grease is not only used for lubrication, but also for corrosion protection and cleaning by pushing dirt out of the bearing gap during relubrication. Self-lubricating bearings must reverse the process so that dirt and corrosion do not enter the system in the first place.

DEVA® now introduces the highest performance composite material deva.tex® to the heavy-duty market, combining performance, low maintenance, durability and eliminating the need for constant lubrication and maintenance of the joints.

Through intensive testing, we have had good experiences on excavators with our composite material deva.tex, including newly developed sealing systems that improve applicability and effectiveness under real conditions.
