We use the self-lubricating, high-performance sliding materials from the deva.tex® product family to develop modern sliding bearing solutions that operate reliably and without maintenance over long periods of time.
The deva.tex® material portfolio encompasses products with a wide selection of sliding and base layer materials to meet each of our customers' individual requirements. Our deva.tex® sliding bearings are corrosion- and temperature-resistant, can be used in chemicals and liquids, and are able to cope with even the most difficult tribological challenges.
All materials have an epoxy resin matrix with embedded solid lubricants. They differ due to various fiber reinforcements and manufacturing processes.
Excellent tribological properties in dry operation and underwater
Additional lubrication is not recommended but is possible
deva.tex® 532 is a composite sliding material made of epoxy resin with a sliding layer and a base layer.
The sliding layer (color: black) contains solid lubricants for optimized tribology.
Thanks to the solid lubricant that is finely distributed in the resin matrix, deva.tex® 532 is suitable for dry operation and also for underwater applications. The base layer (color: beige) contains glass fiber fabric.
Wide variety of designs thanks to the single-layer structure
Excellent tribological properties in dry operation and underwater
Additional lubrication is not recommended but is possible
Classified in accordance with DIN EN 45545-2:2016-02: Hazard level HL1 in requirement set R23
deva.tex® 541 is a bearing material consisting only of a sliding layer.
The sliding layer consists of a special synthetic fabric and epoxy resin.
It achieves outstanding performance thanks to the addition of solid lubricants.
Excellent tribological properties in dry operation and underwater
Additional lubrication is not recommended but is possible
deva.tex® 542 is a fiber composite sliding material consisting of epoxy resin with a sliding layer and a base layer.
The sliding layer (color: black) contains a special synthetic fabric and solid lubricants.
Thanks to the solid lubricant that is finely distributed in the resin matrix, deva.tex® 542 is suitable for dry operation and also for underwater applications.
The base layer (color: beige) consists of glass fiber fabric.
Excellent tribological properties in dry operation and underwater

Classified in accordance with DIN EN 45545-2:2016-02: Hazard levels HL1 & HL2 in requirement set R23
deva.tex® 544 is a fiber composite sliding material consisting of epoxy resin with a sliding layer and a base layer.
The sliding layer (color: black) contains a special synthetic fabric and solid lubricants.
Thanks to the solid lubricant that is finely distributed in the resin matrix, deva.tex® 544 is suitable for dry operation and also for underwater applications.
The base layer (color: beige) consists of glass fiber fabric.
Excellent tribological properties in dry operation and underwater
Additional lubrication is permissible
deva.tex® 545 is a fiber composite sliding material consisting of epoxy resin with a sliding layer and a base layer.
The sliding layer (color: black) contains a special synthetic fabric and solid lubricants.
Thanks to the solid lubricant that is finely distributed in the resin matrix, deva.tex® 545 is suitable for dry operation and also for applications with grease lubrication.
The base layer (color: orange) consists of glass fiber fabric.
Excellent tribological properties in dry operation and underwater
Additional lubrication is not recommended but is possible
deva.tex® 552 is a fiber composite sliding material consisting of epoxy resin with a sliding layer and a base layer.
The sliding layer (color: black) contains special synthetic fibers and solid lubricants.
Thanks to the solid lubricant that is finely distributed in the resin matrix, deva.tex® 552 is suitable for dry operation and for underwater applications.
The base layer (color: green) consists of glass fibers.
Excellent tribological properties in dry operation and underwater
Additional lubrication is not recommended
Up to inner diameters of 120 mm
Tolerance at the outer diameter D11
Suitable for high quantities
deva.tex® 558 is a filament-wound fiber composite sliding material made of epoxy resin with a sliding layer and a base layer.
The sliding layer (color: black) contains special synthetic fibers and solid lubricants.
Thanks to the solid lubricant that is finely distributed in the resin matrix, deva.tex® 558 is suitable for dry operation and also for underwater applications.
The base layer (color: dark purple) consists of glass fibers.
